Versatile Hörmann's Sentinel provides added security

The MZ Sentinel door is a quality, secure option which can be used for a variety of applications.  Possible uses include an outside door for stores and warehouses, construction containers, basements, side doors for gate openings and escape doors with anti-panic feature. They are also becoming increasingly popular with house builders, when a secure door is required between the garage and house.

The door leaf thickness is 45mm and it is made of 0.9mm steel rebated edge on three sides. The RAL 9002 powder-coated surface finish as standard, allows for long lasting protection and can be used as a primer or final external coat. The MZ also features a variety of reliable locks and two security bolts, which offer high levels of security.

Adjustable hinges in the vertical allow for easy fitting and adjustment on site and as the top hinge is sprung, will provide automatic closing. EPDM seals on three sides offer improved levels of insulation. The MZ achieves a U-value of 1.7 W/m2K and a sound insulation value of approximately 39dB.

The MZ is easily fitted to concrete, brickwork, gas concrete, steel and partition walls and is available in a variety of RAL colours. A wide range of optional extras is available including glazing, overhead door closers and friction stays. Adjustable fixing frames are also available to cover a range of clear opening sizes between 900mm to 1120mm.

The standard door at 2100mm high can be supplied either Left or Right handed.
