Alison Handling Ltd, the UK's largest stockist of new and used plastic boxes, trays, pallets and pallet boxes was established in 1988 by the owners Tony and his late wife Andrea Dearden. The company, named after their daughter Alison, has continued to grow, aided by the arrival of Ray Hawley in 2005 who brought with him over 30 years industry experience, previously as National Sales Manager of Paxton and Linpac.

The business, now being run by Directors Ray and Alison with the help and guidance of Tony, has become one of the leaders in the plastic container industry and has developed a range of new products with strategic partnerships with major manufacturers around the world as well as here in the UK.

When Rehrig Pacific of America, who has been manufacturing reusable plastic containers since 1913, decided to enter the UK market, they approached Alison and created a partnership which has developed as Rehrig Pacific has increased its product portfolio.
