The project driven by WH Barley's, Donal Keane sought to identify a software solution that could provide real time connectivity between Barley's traffic office operatives, their fleet of thirty-six vehicles and their customer base. After a period of assessment and consultation with many specialist vendors, HaulTech were selected to provide a comprehensive Traffic & Warehouse Management System.

The system provided by HaulTech integrates and streamlines all job related data into a single reference system. This means WH Barley's staff have instant access to customer, delivery and financial data, can track the progress of their fleet in real time and generate all job related documentation along with detailed financial and performance reports.

What's more, WH Barley's customers have an extensive range of tools with which to book their pallet distribution requirements online, receive immediate confirmation of order receipt, print barcoded pallet labels and through the Online Tracking system customers can monitor their freight bookings in "real-time" throughout the collection/delivery cycle.
