As the leading worldwide name in marine turbocharger technology - indeed they pioneered the industry at the turn of the century - ABB is very conscious of the need for quality suppliers who can support their quality ethos, and their relationship with Lista recently resulted in a major accolade for ABB's internal assessment procedure for the facility in Telford.

Every two years the company thoroughly monitors the operating procedures of its 90 service stations around the world, and the Telford plant has just, proudly, been upgraded from a three to a five star rating having increased from a 70 to a 90 point score The recent installation of various storage products from Lista is seen as a definite facet of this morale enriching award. The core role of the service station is the maintenance and repair of customers' turbochargers up to very large configurations, as quickly and efficiently as possible - larger versions are attended in situ - and the new Lista input has been integrated even to the extent of the green colour matching of existing machinery and fittings. As with ABB, Lista is of Swiss origin and the product specification and performance both highlight and complement the service rationale.

The portfolio includes 15 drawer cabinets each featuring 8 full extension drawers to maintain the cleanliness and safety of stored items, and the cabinets offer quality roller bearings and smooth running; dimensions are 1193 x 725x1000. In turn, there are 10 multiplex workbenches notable for stainless steel long life tops and 1500kg weight capacity, measuring 750x750x400. The line up is completed by eight hinged door vertical cabinets which offer small footprints and are each fitted with four adjustable shelves. The overall effect is of total cleanliness, with everything in its place, correctly stored and properly labelled.
