Calling up prices, placing orders, looking up parts and much more. Since 2012 TVH customers can do this online via MyTotalSource. Thanks to this online webshop, it is no longer necessary to install a special program, customers can simply log on to www.mytotalsource.tvh.com.
One year after the introduction, the user-friendly system is given a positive evaluation. Furthermore MyTotalSource was among the winners at the 19th ANAPAT-convention in Madrid and received the award ‘Innovation in the sector of Maintenance and Aerial Platforms’.

MyTotalSource is compatible with both Android and Windows, on Mac, iPad… For the customer this means an unprecedented flexibility.
MyTotalSource is available in 20 languages and offers access worldwide. Both looking up parts and ordering them is possible by means of the handy search engines MyPartsFinder and MyProductSearch. In addition the system also offers modules for the consultation of invoices and of all TVH catalogues, the possibility to view current promotions and after-sales service info.
