Staffordshire based manufacturer Ecotronic® Lighting achieves success in winning major contracts with its range of UK made EcoSTAR® LED fixtures. The EcoSTAR® range, powered by Philips LumiLEDS has been designed with the very latest in optics and thermal management, ensuring optimum performance through a full range of applications.
HI-BAY Application: Ricoh UK Ltd, Telford:
Following two earlier lighting upgrades at the Telford site, the company sought an LED solution for storage areas. Toner dust and ingress protection was a major concern for the Telford based manufacturer of toner cartridges, hence their selection of the EcoSTAR® IP65 system.
Key features include a durable rubber gasket, sealed with heavy duty stainless toggle catches, to provide longevity of service life & ease of access. Due to low occupancy levels, the 140watt intelligent LED system has provided in excess of 80% energy reduction, through occupancy and daylight savings.
LO-BAY Application: M&S Foods / Gist Cumbernauld:
M&S Foods’ supply chain partner Gist UK Limited are part of the worldwide Linde Group. The past two years has seen the company roll out a nationwide program, upgrading its existing lighting with Ecotronic® T5 and LED intelligent systems. Proven energy consumption figures have shown savings to be in extent of 70%.
The very latest project at their Cumbernauld distribution centre has seen the installation of EcoSTAR® 13200 lumen lo-bay units fitted throughout. The 5 year system warranty, provided by Philips LumiLED’s was a major factor in their decision to award the contract.
LINEAR LOW LEVEL Application: Airbus Upgrade to EcoSTAR®:
Ecotronic® Lighting has supplied its EcoPAK® and EcoBAY® T5 intelligent Luminaires since 2007, after securing a nationwide framework contract for the upgrade of their existing buildings.
Airbus assessed numerous systems, before finally selecting EcoSTAR® Linear, a key feature was the ‘future proof’ LED design from Philips Lighting combined with the ExOr DALI dimming control system. Specifically designed for the EcoSTAR® range, MIRO8510 reflectors ensure the product is truly the next generation in commercial LED systems.
In addition to their extensive range, Ecotronic® Lighting has a full in-house luminaire design capability. The team can design and develop fixtures for most applications, to include harsh environments and bespoke requirements.
