We are a major Toy Importer and Distributor based in the North West and in line with our rapid growth are looking to recruit a full time Senior Operations Manager to assist the Directors further improve their systems and as a consequence, their ability to win business and beat customer expectations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Organising the movement of our stocks from various warehouses in the area into one DC;

Arranging and setting up a dedicated, outsourced team of staff to control all stock including movements in/out, order picking, and despatch

Overseeing all order fulfilment, repackaging and despatch as required

Setting up computer systems to handle all stock movements, interfacing with admin and accounts

You will be:

Fully experienced in all of the above and ideally you will have a proven track record  in a senior operational role that has encompassed systems installation, warehousing, distribution and supply chain management.
