“The Delivered team provides fantastic service, which supports our customer-centric approach. The drivers always keep us up to date with our deliveries, so that we can keep our customers informed. If they are unable to deliver because the customer isn’t on site to receive their order, we know about it immediately and can reschedule it for another time. Maria East reports that the NetDespatch web platform is also very useful. “We like the online system very much. We set it up to remember our accounts, which it does automatically after first entering the details. The postcode look-up feature is very useful as it shows all the businesses using a particular postcode and we can simply select the correct one and save it. The labelling feature makes light work of turning around the orders and we find it reliable and accurate. We can also use the system to provide online proof of deliveries, if requested,” she says.
